Site Meeting & Contract
If the price is good, we meet to look at the building site, provide a contract, color charts, and a design with 3D renderings if desired. We obtain the permit on your behalf (you are responsible for all fees associated with the permit application).
Deposit & Scheduling
All it takes is a 20% deposit to reserve a spot on our schedule.
Building & Enjoying
Our crews build it just like you want it. We can also do site prep and interior finishing if needed. Lastly, Enjoy your new building!
